Our Spirit & Song
Small But Steadfast
A song about hope, belonging and building a home together.Dandelion Community Alliance song
Playback is always manual.
Read the lyrics
Across the ocean, across the land,
A tiny seed in a brand-new hand.
Though I am small, my heart is brave,
On this broad soil where hope is made.
With just a little sun and rain,
I'll take deep root and bloom again.
We bring our dreams, we bring our light,
To break through ground and shine so bright.
We reach our hands to those nearby,
Under this open northern sky.
Seed by seed, side by side,
A golden field of love and pride.
We may be small, but we stand strong!
Like dandelions where we belong.
Rooted in hope, bound by love,
Guided by the light above.
Hand in hand, we build our home,
Together here, no one’s alone!
Small but steadfast, wild and free,
Blooming here in harmony.
